Paranoid: "unreasonably or obsessively anxious, suspicious, or mistrustful". After watching this, I have to wonder about the "unreasonably" part of that definition.

Well, out here on the farm I don't worry much about, um .... watering the lawn. They got that going for them. My gift to big brother.

It's wonderful to know they probably have archived footage of my dogs going poop! I'll have to ask for the regularity intervals of my dogs.

There is a reason the congress isn't writing laws about privacy and drones. As long as the law isn't written the Government can do what ever it likes. hobby drones are limited to 100 feet off the ground and line of sight but no restrictions for government drones except the FAA and they are changing those.

It would be my guess if you are outside of your house you are being tracked. The problem is who looks at the data. a terrabite of infotmation a day how many people do you need to discene the data and what it means? Remember turning off your cell phone is not protecting you. Removing the battery is the only way to insure you are not being tracked by cell phone alone. With a court order they can tunr your cell phone on remotely and even turn the camera on.

This is very, very scary. Privacy is a thing of the past. Dont tell me that if your not doing anything wrong I dont have anything to worry about. What is and what aint wrong changes from day to day..

I doubt very seriously if they are in any way concerned about this video being seen and spread around considering it was part of a PBS (read government funded TV) program. If they are showing this then you can just about bet the house that the technology their showing is out of date and no where near what is currently providing the "good" info.

Cute. Seriously though, I wonder how long it will be before people start selling drone jamming gear. Either jam the signal or override the controls and fly it yourself. Of course, that's assuming you know it's there. At 17k feet they would be all but impossible to see even if you know it's there.

Just as it did with the SR-71... U2 and more. They only declassify what they want you to know.

Yes, they possibly could. Drones can see far more than what that video presented. I was amazed when I worked with them. You guys can hoard ammo; I'm stocking up on foil.
