I could see the Library of Congress needing an armed division. You know, for when they are tracking down overdue books or shh-ing unruly freshmen congressmen.

No, it's not how it happens, but you are entitled to your opinion and good luck with it.

Next time I pee in the woods, I'll double check for the EPA SWAT.

    Hey Y'all with phancy phones:

When you post links to mobile site pages those of us Luddites with computers (and dumb phones) can't view the page.

I looked up the topic on the fox news web site and here is the link to the "real" page on line:

I'm on my computer and the link worked just fine and they always do. It just shows up in the mobile layout which is usually a bit bare (less images, etc.) in comparison to the "full" page.

Oh Drat! I sometimes forget that some web sites are designed by people who don't know how to optimize them for more than one or two browsers. I use Opera. I use Firefox only when forced to (like when checking my email on line because my ISP threw us over to Yahoo mail and Yahoo mail won't work right with Opera either) and the same only more so for IE which I really hate.

Now if I have to start using Firefox for all the time I spend on this site I will feel very sad indeed.

OK - I just visited this site using Firefox and the wireless link in the first post worked. DRAT. I do not like green eggs and ham...........or Firefox either, Sam I Am....................

I prefer Firefox, but anything beats IE, IMO.

Send all 100,000+ armed federal agents to the UP.
Those boys will straighten things out and have all the feds by the ear, and them a hollerin' Daddy don't before you know it.

The states had better start shoving the feds back inside the beltway, and soon, or things are going to get ugly.

I agree that the EPA SWAT seems pretty "over-the-top" and rather ludicrous.

However, regarding the Border Patrol and ICE--it seems rather disingenuous for us to complain about illegal immigration and terrorists slipping through the borders, and then in almost the same breath to complain about the number of BP and ICE LEOs..........

And along the same lines, why does the Department of Education require combat shotguns?

Does anyone else see the irony in the Govt determining that the Dept of Education needs guns yet they say the SCHOOLS don't need them. That seems backwards to me.
