Sure they do...for all the IED's planted all over campus.
Firing a suppressed is on my Bucket List.

I'm just a spoke in the wheel but not a big deal.

this can't be true......just look at the carbon foot print one of those gas guzzling beasts would use. Our current "administration"
would never allow something so environmentally unfriendly.

These are showing up all over the U.S. Most agree it is an integral component of the continued Militarization of LE Agencies.
A step towards a National Police Agency like the "Homeland Security" thing.
They call 'em FEMA Tanks and few people believe they are around for the benefit of our 'Free Society' or any of the good citizens of the U.S.

Government surplus military equipment have always gone to oppressed Third World Countries as 'Aid' towards Freedom or sold to other industrialized Nations for military use.
It has always been standard procedure to drop billions of dollars' worth of excess tanks into the ocean.

Having these inside the borders of a Free Society is not something we can tolerate. This ain't Nazi Germany ..... yet!

"But the most important factor in all of this may be simple economics: It's hard for cash-strapped police departments to turn down any free vehicle, even if it's the size of a small tank. Given some of the more recent rampages around the country, having military trucks readied for action may make more sense than letting them gather dust before the next war overseas."

So, if local PD's as cash strapped as they say are, how are they supposed to maintain them?

    They did remove the turret.

I haven't seen it for a few days, but last week it was parked around the side of the Campus PD station.

So.... where do we sign up for one? It would make the commute a bit easier.... and you wouldn't need to worry about biker gangs like the one in the Bronx the other day!!
