It's a start F&F needs to be looked at in the light of day.

He can not pardon himself. I think he is as guilty as Holder.

Might as well send the money it will cost to present this lawsuit to Mexico and see if it winds up coming back here .

Does anyone really believe Holder enacted op F&F, op wide receiver, op end run, or any of the others, without Hussein's full knowledge, or told to do them?
Even the countless M16s he continually sends to the Mexican Federales are sold by the troops to the Cartels and reported lost. Old news there.

Consequently, approximately 2,000 firearms crossed the U.S.-Mexico border undeterred. Approximately 1,400 of those firearms are still unaccounted for.

As one might imagine, the results of Fast and Furious have been deadly. Mexican authorities estimate that as many as 211 people were murdered with guns linked to Fast and Furious. That estimate does not include slain U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who was fatally shot by cartel operatives in 2010 near the U.S.-Mexico border. At least one firearm linked to Fast and Furious was found at the scene. Terry’s untimely death is what sparked the congressional probe.
Fast and Furious was a miserable failure that did nothing but get people killed. The list of things that would make me happier than seeing those who are responsible actually being held responsible is very short.

The whole shebang out to be prosecuted under RICO. It's like the mafia is in charge of all of the Justice Department. The terrible thing is that the next administration will not prosecute them either. They can't. If they did it would send us even farther into third world despotism, which is exactly what this is.

Fast and Furious was designed to get people killed. Getting caught in the act was the failure part.
