Can't vote since I haven't served. The idea has been on the back burner for sometime and is growing warmer as I become bored with my desk jockey job.

I am an American. I vote. I will serve on a jury when called. Its a MEMBERS ONLY thing.
Army, I'll have 10 years in July. I enlisted at 17 for Infantry. Did 6 years Regular Army, then a year "part time" in the Reserves. Now I'm AGR (active duty for the Reserves). 15 more to go.
