The only problem with Ron Paul is that a lot of people don't know about him. I hope this changes soon.

Just think. If we had term limits Kennedy would be the first to go.

Thats too much to hopefor. It gives me a creepy feeling to think about her running for president. Just the though of Bill Clinton being with in rock throwing distance of the White house makes me sick.

sorry guys talking about wrong person but still a good idea

Music to my ears... maybe to the point where the rest of MA can actually vote their rights back.

I believe that they are all corrupt and that there is not a decent one among them! That's on both sides of the fence folks. Who are we kidding by taking sides here. The right hand is as bad as the left. Wake up America! political corruption is rampant.

A $3 trillion gravy train is hard to ignore, even for an honorable person. Severe jail time and fines ... about the only thing that will stop abuse. And then severe jail time and fines for the next dwebe that ignores the first example ... and so on.

Term limits and a shortened campaign season would take some of the money out of the system.......maybe

^^ Yet that might well end up only ensuring less competency, in each office. It would probably cut down the corruption, but it would likely increase the percentage of "green" noobs in the seats. Might be worse than now, though it's hard to see how it could be worse.

I don't see how it could get worse either but I know...it can always get worse

Plus with term limits you can loose some accountablility in lame duck years.

Of course there isn't alot of accountability now.

The funny thing is, when polls are taken, a majority of people are for term limits. Yet they vote their own rep/senator back in most of the time. It goes along with the polls which find that most people think their own congressman is doing a good job, but everyone else's is a no-good political hack stuffing the pork barrel. People like their own incumbent's seniority, it's just those "other guys" that are the problem.
