Military personal or retired with a valid carry permit should be allowed to carry on base . You can carry and fight a war. But not mature enough to carry on base with a permit. But off base carry ok. Makes perfect sense to military.
There are a lot of noises in the basement of any large old building. Between HVAC, sheet metal in ducts flexing and drumming, water hammer sounds from clogged air chambers in old plumbing, other pipe clatter, etc. Someone unfamiliar with these sounds could easily imagine the worst in a dark and scary cement echo chamber.
Did they every find anyone? The last I heard was they couldn't find anyone who witnessed the shooting nor could they find a shooter. I heard they were thinking mistaken noise.
Seems like we are having lots of shooting events today.Let's hope it stops.
