    Can the ICV M1126's weapon system do that for real? (gunner can track/IFF/engage from the inside without exposing himself?)

    I bet them Strikers even have air conditioning (all we had in the Marines was a ventilator fan that usually didn't work).

    Don't know who made that, but it was pretty well done. Short story meets documentary, in a way. Reminded me a little of the "Band Of Brothers" HBO series, in how it came from the perspective of the G.I. in the firefight.

    Indeed, a case of beer a month makes wonders at the 2nd and 3rd echelon maintenance.

    The funniest thing was watching people go from "increase my thermal signature?? NEVER!" to "Holy CRAP, 29 Palms is cold during Steel Knight...get that heater running!!"
