Suicide bombers sent to USA.
This might be the next big one...
Large teams of newly trained suicide bombers are being sent to the United States and Europe.
Teams assigned to carry out attacks in the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Germany were introduced at an al Qaeda/Taliban training camp graduation ceremony held June 9.
A Pakistani journalist was invited to attend and take pictures as some 300 recruits, including boys as young as 12, were supposedly sent off on their suicide missions.
The tape shows Taliban military commander Mansoor Dadullah, whose brother was killed by the U.S. last month, introducing and congratulating each team as they stood.

From what the end of the story said they are still trying to figure out if this was strictly propaganda designed to scare the non-Muslem nations. We'll see..........

If it were real, why:
- Were members introduced to each other? There's no "need to know".....
- Why was it taped? Breaks "confidence" of members......
- Why did they allow outsiders? Again, it breaks "confidence"........
- Why a warning? Breaks the element of surprise..........
- Why highlight ages except to gain moral strength? Allows age profiling......
This does not appear to these eyes to be bona fide. My .02.......

The mere fact such training occurs combine with the ease of air travel to mean one thing: it absolutely can happen that easily. The only surprise is that it hasn't been far, far more frequent. Worldwide.

If they come or not they are putting this out to weaken our economy, everything they do is to weaken the economy.
If it does happen it will likely be in target rich, gun-free safe zones.
I do not expect the Sonic Drive Thru here in Nashville to get any exploding 12 year old Saudis... I do expect NYC to get several, possibly coordinated, as near to Wall St as they dare.

I also agree, that this is probably going to happen at some time in the future, right here in some of our malls or busy city centers...only a matter of time.
I would expect a large number to happen at the same time to stike fear via the media...(like in Spain...what? 6-10 or so bombs? within a few minutes?)
Stay armed...stay safe!

The thing about suicide bombing is that escape isn't the goal. That changes things quite a bit, as "gun-free" zones aren't at issue. What matters are: richness of target, and access. In other words, any place of congregation and any congested city street is a candidate target, as they're almost all unprotected.

Imagine what a handful of moving vans full of relatively-inexpensive and -untraceable explosives would do if focused on a couple of the key streets in the financial district of New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, and a few others. Easily achieved. All that's needed is the materiel and "buttons" willing to die. McVeigh, Nichols & Fortier showed the way, for that scenario. Tough as it may seem, it's that easy.

And, of course, they will not come illegally through the border .....

I was referring to being stopped by a gunman, as is the case sometimes in Israel - a guy in a big overcoat sweating gets on a bus, immediately gets shot before he ignites the bomb... same here, guy in big coat gets on the train, sets the bomb as it was Chicago and nobody could shoot him...

Yeah but guy in a big coat gets on the train in Chicago in December. Who would notice? And who says it is going to be a guy?

How do you graduate from a suicide bomber school? Is there a test?

Chicago has a summer, I referred to someone being out of place, it would follow I was referring to Chicago in summer.
The male gender was an example, based on the overwhelming representation of bombers thus far.
There are a lot of holes in the argument for 'profiling', but it's nearly all we have so I am very happy to profile. They do it in Britain, they regularly round up cells after raiding houses of young Pakistani-English males, I don't see a problem.

I saw this report too. I wondered about the possibility that it was just Taliban propaganda. We will see I guess.
Looking for someone who is out of place such as a large coat in the heat of summer is always something I am looking for when we are out and about.
