To the poor ******* kneeling next to the ditch, it makes no difference whether the 9mm bullet entering the back of his head comes from a Luger or a Tokarev....

Some data from that Socialist Paradise
Murder rate: 30 per 100K habitants.
Homicide clearance rate : under 20%
Number of murders commited in country since Chavez took office: 150,000+
Inflation (so far this year): 21%
    Gun Rights: None.
Gun Permits: May Issue....and then maybe. Shrink profile required. Permit is gun specific. No "military" calibers: 45, 9mm etc. No "assauult Rifles" for civilians.
You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.

Interesting. Sounds an awful lot like he's trying to provoke us... With Bush at the helm, I can't even say for sure that we won't take the bait.

It would if they were all named Barney Fife.

And as the the 200k rounds, the gun shop I work at has way more than that on hand most of the time.

I figure he likes Hitler if it were Stalin it would be "Motherland Socialism, or Death" wouldn't it?

Germany was the Fatherland, the Soviet Union was the Motherland. You can see how the two regimes wouldn't get along...
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

Chavez is just like that wacky Kadafi from Lybia. He started doing stupid things, we dropped a couple missles in his lap, smoked a few of his family, and we haven't heard a peep out of him since then. If needed, and asked to do so, I have enough firepower to keep one of his platoons busy should they decide to do a Red Dawn type of thing. I will worry more about getting the grass cut than that idiot.
A person is justified in the use of deadly force, if such person reasonably believes deadly force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to such person or a third person.

Another example of small man syndrome if you ask me.

    Just call him "tiny".

Someone needs to remind him what happened to the last tin horn dictator in Central America who really got us mad. I think he tried to hide out with some Nuns and then ended up in a Miami prison for 60 years or so.

That is one war I think would be worth getting involved in.

Easily, I know 1 guy with 17,000 rounds on his own.

Actually, I think the male gender (patria) is just the standard for this sort of thing in Spanish.

In any case, Chavez seems to be much more genuinely socialistic/communistic than National Socialism (Naziism) was.

Chavez biggest problem is that he needs the US to play the part of Satan to justify the constant revolution he wants to have. However the US is to busy to notice his whinging and Chavez needs the US to buy his oil. Bush's lack of interest in Chavez is likely the best approach, his own people will turn on him as he destroys what's left of the country. Did a little mining exploration down there with my brother, man that place is crawling with beautiful woman!!

He is a like the devil-spawn of Castro and Kim Jong-Il, man, I wish I was an artist, that would make a killer political cartoon. Picture Castro and Kim looking lovingly over a little baby carriage holding a whining Chavez as the baby.

He will suffer much the same fate as those two. I don't have the time or the patience to write something eloquent about how he will end up, and it appears the rest of the world has the same attitude.
