There is another thread on this topic elsewhere in the forum...

But thanks for the comments! I'll try and locate the thread for you and post an edit here.

Well, after watching the video a couple of times I have to say that the officer did not do a good job of controlling the situation after using the chemical spray. He sprays the suspect and then turns his back and walks away like he is not concerned at all. That was a fatal mistake on his part. Never assume that mace or pepper spray is going to work on someone. There are people out there that it just doesn't work on and it only makes them mad. This scum bag seems to have been one of them.

Good job on the part of the CCW citizen though. Too bad it had to come to that though.

    Agreed Mike.
Never ever never turn your back on an enemy, even if he appears/seems/should be down and out of the fight. :(

P.S. - I'm kind of disgusted to have seen this video, and to see this only makes me even more mad and reviled toward the crap commentary of the community folks who had the nerve to support this Lilo cop killing jerk and rake Officer McKay and the CCW over the coals.
On tonights local news that had a clip of an interview with the woman who's house was directly across from the incident site and who was witness to the entire event. She commented that this could have been avoided had the personalities of the two people involved been addressed.
Excuse mam but the person with the personality defect and catalyst for this issue was Lilo Kenney and his own actions in life up to the moment he decided to shoot a law enforcement officer in the back and then use his car to run him over as a finishing move.

Strings of four, five, and nine letter words are the only thing coming to mind now...
