I doubt it. Where will we strike? My first impulse is to turn Mecca into OIL UNDER GLASS but then we couldn't touch irradiated oil, either. Frankly even after a nuke strike, we'd be too busy at home to think about much else. At that point, we're removed from the global stage. The Executive Orders get tripped and we have our own problems to worry about for the next ten years. Remember I'm speaking of the infamous suitcase nukes alledgedly hidden here by the old KGB for use in case the cold war went HOT. That is the basis of the Emerson book. Those nukes could range in size from a .2 KT (200 TONS of TNT in strength) all the way up to a 12KT (12,000 TONS of TNT strength) and Hiroshima was about 17KT. Think about something like set off in HOUSTON. Houston has everything that is available in NYC and the OIL refineries too. EMP (electromagnetic Pulse) would fry the same circuitry used by Wall Street and all other electronic instruments in use in the metro district and maybe a lot further.Quote:
