Taser Fires Back at U.N. Anti-Torture Committee

I'm not sure why the heck the UN cannot mind it's own business. In my opinion, this is where the real threats to our gun rights will come from rather than the US government directly....

    Right on.

That and the treasonous politicians that would put the best interests of their own country BELOW that of the U.N...and there are many.

Stupid opinion by UN committee. Being beat with a baton, sap, fists, or shot is much more painful and long lasting than being tased. It does seem the UN is trying to control the world (however tilted their idea of Utopia).

Those who wish the gov't would get off their backs may well soon wish the U.N. would get out of their backsides. Ain't it the truth.

The authors of that opinion piece have never been Tased vs. beaten, to compare. There is no real comparison, as they are completely different animals.

For far too long and it gets worse .... and I fear that they will continue. It is essential to resist and remain an entity - and not be sucked up into their madness.

UN = NWO they way they want things ... I want no part of that.

Certainly post-taser recovery is probably a mere fraction of that to be endured after a beating. Comparison is totally flawed.

Much better to use rubber hoses or electric drills like the majority of UN member states.

If someone wanted to torture another using electrical current, a cattle prod would be the tool of choice.

Funny, I don't see the UN standing up for a teacher's right to name her teddy bear without getting jail time or for the rights of women who get raped from getting 200 lashes as punishment.

I'll be happy to volunteer my services to anybody who doesnt believe that the Taser is a much more humane way to go. We can do H2H, ASP, OC, PR24, axe handle or whatever... I will bet my next paycheck that you will prefer the Taser afterward.

Let's remember that it was the kids who gave the bear its name.

If she ends up being executed, her blood will be on the hands of those sudanese kids!

But it's her fault, of course. The civil response so far seems to be fairly uniform: Kill her! Kill her! Kill her!

You just can't make this stuff up. Reality is soooo interesting, sometimes.

now if the un would just fall off the face of the earth, we'd be ok, I am trained in CDT, and the LEOs will know that that is, and I would gladly use a taser if necessary, its quite obvious the un dont have to deal with the idiots we do that just ignore the law just to do it......

Somebody said that the UN is a fantastic waste of condo & park space. I would have to agree.
