    I'll start.

U.S. Army, 1961 to 1971, Military Police, MOS 95B40, SSG E-6 at discharge, 1 year in RVN, 3 years in Germany, remainder in various CONUS postings.

Alaska Air National Guard, 1974 to 1976, Security Police, AFSC 81270, TSG E-6.

    Go, Army, Beat Navy!
    Howdy Cap,

I'm also U.S. Army, 1975-1980. MP/MPI MOS 95BV5. Honorable as a buck sergeant. Basic at Ft. Knox, Advanced at McClellan, then on to sunny Germany. First to Schweinfurt, then Hanau. Worked a bunch with the German Police in both places. Did some gate guard time at a Hawk site in Schweinfurt, which was a royal PITA.

Did one summer of Reserves (back to Knox), after active discharge at Ft. Carson.

I look at the pictures from back then sometimes and wonder who that guy was and how he's doing these days<GRIN>.

    Cheers!

US Air Force, 2001-2007. I was in Basic, of all places, when 9/11 took place.

    One year at Cannon, NM.
    Four years at Spangdahlem, Germany.

Many small TDY's, and one "big" one to Pakistan.

My wife has the same record (even Pakistan), plus she's in the Ohio Guard now.

I wasn't in the service, but my father served for 24 years in the USAF. He was a medic and served in both gulf wars, Columbia in 93' and almost went to Somalia. He retired two years ago. We toured with him to Asia and Europe in this time.

I guess I can slap my stuff up here now.

USMC July 2007-? (active duty contract will expire in 2011, but who knows)

0300 (infantry) option, I'll know in a week or two's time more specifics, but I'm hoping for 0311 (rifleman) or 0331 (machine gunner).
