How do you "accidently" release a convicted murder from jail?? Didn't someone question the paperwork??

According to the TBI web site, he's been apprehended, though no other news reports confirm this.
The pen is mightier than the sword. This sort of thing shows how true that is. If it's in black and white (on paper), it's gospel. Oops is right.
Thank God he is off the street, just shows how flawed our justice system can be at times.
