    Great something else I can become addicted to.

    Seriously, thanks for the link, PackerfanXD. Only two counties in Missouri are on it, but my county is one of the two.

    Hey, I can play it in the background and still surf DC! Two addictions at once!

    Only ONE county in FL? And that one is not near me.

    It's probably a good thing. I don't need something else to do online.

    Mike, Check Mel's Garage. It is an UGLY website but it has lots of online scanners links.

    Or try here also;

    None in Arkansas? What a ripoff.

    oh well, I'm listening to my Bearcat scanner as I'm surfing DC anyway. LOL.

    Pretty neat sites by the way.

    For those who do have home scanners, go here Radio Reference and click on your state to get all the radio frequencies in your area.

    It seems to be pretty up to date as they even have our new EMS frequency listed and we aren't even using it yet! Still waiting for new software to be updated on our county dispatchers circuit board. But the freq was assigned by FCC in march of this year.

    It is much too hard to carry around the laptop, and flashlight, gun, spray, phone, and badge while patroling the yard, I guess I am going to have to keep using my bearcat portable scanner for the patrols. Well besides the fact that my county isn't available.

    I guess the rest of you can have fun with it. Thanks for the link.
    Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

    Good grief, I've logged multiple hours listening to the scanner since I was infected, er, since I found the site.

    Earlier today the SWAT team had a standoff at a house that included breaking windows and introducing gas, and right now I'm listening to the police checking on a guy who has a concealed carry endorsement.

    Hey, PackerfanXD, you owe me several hours of working around the house and a couple hours of sleep for introducing me to this!

    My neighbor whose a local LEO gave my wife one of his old hand-held scanners.....now she's addicted. It's a very informative little tool, and entertaining when not much is going on
