As a moderator, I guess I can't express how positively impressed I was with this video message since it is pure politics.
Since it is purely political, I should delete the thread - if I just had the time to but I'm so busy right now; maybe I can get to it one day next month.

I'm gonna have to retract some of what I said above. It is not purely political and I think that's why QKS agreed to let it stay. Hence I will say this:
It's also humanitarian. It discusses how the Iraq people are just like us. It talks about how they need/want freedom. It relates how a veteran views the price he paid for freedom for Iraq and America. His message helps us realize the price that has to be paid for freedom here and everywhere - as they say - freedom isn't free and this message emphasizes that.

We'll leave it posted for now and you folks can watch it (or not watch it) but, either way...NO McCain/Obama comments that are just going to spark other political comments and then the thread (for sure) is going to progress toward yukiness.
So out of respect for your fellow forum members who may not have yet watched it - try not to be the cause of the thread getting deleted.

Thanks Bumper. Some of my best friends sacrificed all, or most, to serve our country, and this gentleman speaks very eloquently about that sacrifice. He deserves to be heard and I sincerely appreciate you giving this forum the opportunity to view it.
IMO, if this thread does get out of hand with political commentary, I would respectfully request the out of line posts be deleted, the thread locked, and the thread be made a sticky.
