Any L.E.O's from Kansas?

I'm wondering if there are any L.E.O's from Kansas(Wichita area) on here.

I will soon be finishing my enlistment(Active Duty USAF) and am looking to find out some information about LEO opportunities in KS.

Well, you still won't have to pick your clothes for work... lol. My brother spent 40 yrs in the Military and now retired, we're having to teach him how to dress. Thanks for your service to our country.

On the serious side, many go for the Kansas Hwy Patrol here in Kansas. I understand the pay, hours, benefits, etc. are better. Being an LEO in a city or Deputy in a County, does not necessarly help one get into the Hwy Patrol (it doesn't hurt, but not a criteria either).

You may also want to go to www.ksccw.com as there are several local (Wichita area) LEO's on there.
