Yes. One of the more disturbing aspects of the loss of privacy, these days, is that any fool felon can track you down and take care of what was missed the last time around. I take it very seriously. Why? 'Cause if they didn't have motive previously, they do now.

its happened several times with officers here, running into scumbags at wally world, resturants, etc that said things to officer, and/or things about their family, etc
must be prepared for anything anytime
my wife knows this and she has been instructed on what to do in situations if she's with me...and she's prepared to take care of things
