Idaho recently buried a MIA Vietnam Helo Pilot who was shot down 40 years ago. I had the pleasure of being on the firing party for his Military Honors.

Thanks for posting this, I too often think patriotism isn't what it used to be but this was SO inspiring. Bless his family and RIP.

I couldnt have said it better old grunt, proud to be a Georgian after watching this. I completely cried through this whole video, my little brother is a scout/sniper in the Corp out of Lejeune, and I worry my ass off everytime he's deployed. But on the other hand, I could NOT be more proud of him! God Bless all of our troups.

If that don't bring a tear to your eye, nothing will.

I know this thread has been inactive for a while, but it's the first time I've seen this video, and I think it's worth bringing back. One of the most moving videos I've ever seen.

Patriotism is alive and well in the USA, and I for one, am proud and lucky to call this great nation home.

Thank you to all those in the military, which ever branch you choose. You brave men and women are the reasons why we have the wonderful freedoms we do.

Thank you all for protecting the liberties I enjoy every day, and God speed.

Wow!! I've a huge lump in my throat and wiping the tears from my eyes.

My good friend Brian McElroy was killed in Iraq. Each time I see our fallen comrades returned home, it's hits me hard. May none of them ever be forgotten.

I am happy to hear that patriotism is still alive in parts of our country. The men and women that put on their uniforms each day that afford me the opportunity to tuck my children in to bed each night under the safety of their watch is comforting. Unfortunately some of those men and women make the ultimate sacrafice. My thoughts and prayers to all of the men and women serving in our nation's military.

For some reason my screen is fuzzy too, so forgive all the typo's.
As a federal employee. I was sent back to Ft Bragg this week to work. As I drive on and off post every day I see all these children in uniform. When I stop and shake their hand and look them in the eye and thank them for their service.

Don't wait till it's too late, Find someone in uniform, buy his dinner, shake his hand! say thanks, you will be surprised at the response you get.

THANKS TO ALL THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE OR ARE SERVING THIS GREAT COUNTRY! YOU ARE ALL MY HERO?

I am PROUD to be an American.

I am proud of my country.

And I am proud and humbled by our brave military men and women.

I get so sick and tired of Obama trotting around Europe and apologizing for America, like he is ashamed to be called an American.

I am so sick and tired of Obama sucking up to leaders of terrorist nations.

I REALLY needed to see this video.

We may have an un-American president, but patriotism is alive and well in the good 'ol U.S. of A.
I couldn't watch all of it. The first song got me
I'm just a spoke in the wheel but not a big deal.

I still miss Keith, even after several years. I did not know him as well as others did, but he made an impact on me.

It was one of the hardest details I've ever been on, but the support of the town and his family gave me the courage to remain stoic. Even when I would have rather broke down and cried. I kept my tears for the time that I was alone in my hotel room.
