I know most or all are not guilty because their mothers always say the he is really a good boy, but got with the wrong crowd. He could not have done what they say.

Now who would doubt a mother?

    Regards,
    Jerry

For several years I was a volunteer Chaplain at a super-max prison. I was astounded to find out that there approximately 5000 "innocent" men incarcerated there

I like the ones where they use a bait car, then shut it down and lock them inside the car, until everyone arrives, and the one crook looks to the other and is like "Damm this isnt my brothers car" I mean REALLY?

Well how about all these people who have friends but don't know their last name,

OFFICER:" who are you going to see(in this crack house)?"
    BG: "my friend JD"
OFFICER: " what is JD's last name"
BG: " i just know him as JD, he never told me his last name"

C'mon, if you talk to anyone in person that you consider a "friend" you know stuff about them, "friend" is street dummy lingo for-" dealer, distributor, buyer, hooker, etc."

agree....if we can catch "some dude" that puts stuff in people's cars, the "guy down the street" that keeps giving illegal stuff away to people at random, and the people that keep putting stuff into people's pockets when they're not looking, all our crime rates will go WAY down

one of my favs when patting down
Me: whats this in your pocket?
    suspect:I don't know
Me: so you don't care if I search you to make sure there is nothing illegal?
    suspect: no go ahead
(Me finding baggie of dope in pocket)
Me holding up bag of dope: whats this?
    suspect: I don't know
Me: its in your pants and you don't know what it is?
suspect: I don't know what that is or where it came from

then they fight the possession charge in court

Statistically here's how it works out.

The most dangerous activity "Not doin' nothin'"

The most dangerous place to be:

"On the porch" or alternatively "the corner"

And of course "Some Dude" is famous and a very dangerous man.

This all comes from: I wuz on the porch/corner not doin' nothin' when "some dude/dudes walked up/drove by and punched/stabbed/shot me.
