    Hi Matt !

I need some help regarding statistics. I would like to know if there are any kind of regulations regarding how many hours of training a police officers has to have each year.

That regarding defensive tactics, expandable baton etc ...

Also if there are such regultaions for door supervisors.

Who is checking that it is done ? How many hours are done in fact ? I do mean the training which is arranged by Dept. Not the training the officers are doing by themseles.

In Sweden we do have the regulations that the officers have to have a minimum of 12 hours a year.

I do understand it could differ depending on the state Dept.

Appreciate any help I can get.

    Take care

    Slavo

    Thanks in advance.

Those are state requirements and every state has different requirements.

Its going to be alot of work trying to get 50 different standards.

    Thank you.
I already told him that things are different here in the States and this goes mainly agency by agency.
If any officers here have lesson plans/info that they can share with Slavo I would greatly appreciate it.
