WTSOT: Ruger Service Six, 4" blued .38 Special (MN)

This was accidentally purchased on Gunbroker (meant to bid on a stainless .357).

Gun is in curious condition - it has some minor rust pitting in two places on the barrel, on the cylinder, and in one place on the top strap, but the bluing is in excellent condition, the ejector star is not worn at all, and it came to me with factory grease still present in several spots. Shoots nicely. Double action trigger pull could use some break in or a trigger job, single action very crisp.

This is a post 151-XXXX gun.

No box or papers, but I do have brand new Ruger Magna grips on it right now, as well as the slim grips.

FTF in MN only. You need a permit to purchase/carry and a driver's license.

That sucks. Love the Service Six. I have one in .357 and the wife loves to shoot it, if it is packed with .38. If we were close I would probably take it off your hands. I love Ruger revolvers. Keep it for the spouse or future spouse. I thought my wife would like shooting a semi 9mm, but she would much rather shoot a .38 revolver. Well however you go good luck sir. I can't say I haven't bid on the wrong auction, just didn't win them.
