WTS: Pre Series II Kimber Ultra CDP .45ACP [IA]

This is Lima's gun, I don't think she's carried it since before we left PA going on 4 years ago, not really a big part of our collection so we're moving it out.

Not a bad little gun if I do say so myself, while I like to hate on 3" 1911s, this one runs.

Gun comes with 1 Wilson 7rd mag and one Tripp Research Cobra Mag(1st Generation), has Pierce rubberized grips, XS Standard Dot 24/7 night sights, ambi safety replaced with Wilson Combat part.

Some minor wear and one idiot scratch in an uncommon location.

Again, this is a pre Series II so there's no Swartz firing pin safety.

But no scratch here, there is a very faint line in the anodizing, but it did not break though, hardly visible to the naked eye.

She's no beauty queen, the bottom edges of the grips are a little worn, but she shoots well and you don't see a whole lot of Pre-II CDPs floating around.

No factory box or papers, I think I still have one or two of the Kimber take-down tools floating around, if so those will go with the gun. If you want them, I'm pretty sure the factory sights are in the parts bin, they're dim but functional.

$770 Shipped, that's $700 for the gun & mags, the sights and mags alone are almost $185 and the shipping over night via Fed-Ex runs about $70.

For the most part, with all the added accoutrements of motherhood, the lighter weight comes in handy. Her G19 is @ Bowie Tactical getting the final does of Glock "perfection", in the meantime she's been carrying a G26 and may actually end up carrying that one a majority of the time. That little thing simply disappears.

Yup.

Over the years, I've carried a 1911, Walther PPK/s, G19, Kahr PM9 and several others. The G26 is the one that finally "stuck". Pocket carry it every day, no problem, with two spare mags in the left pocket.
