Is it for the G17 or G19? (size 0, or size 2)

Pretty sure it's specifically for the 19, but I will look when I get home.

I have one specifically for the g19. You can have it for the same price as above. Comes with both the belt loops and paddle.

No need to buy a SERPA, you already have the G19 s you can just skip the middle step and shoot yourself in the leg whenever you are ready :-p

On a more serious note, there's a good reason the SERPA is banned from numerous training schools including the Federal LEO academies.

Blame it on Sixto - now that is a viable plan.

I've heard all about the "rumours", I also owned one of the holsters until I found out my local IDPA club did not allow them in matches, so I sold it. I never once managed to 'drop my finger' into the trigger guard the whole time I owned the holster.

Its what I use during training. I use a Serpa with both my unit's M9 and my Glock 19. No issues yet and no shot feet or legs. They are as safe as the person using it.

Ok, i'm getting a few of these holsters offered, here and elsewhere. The problem i'm finding is, I can get brand new holster for $33, so for a 'used' holster, i'm looking to pay around $20 shipped.

Mine has been carried a couple of times and shows no wear. Comes with the original intact packaging. I would do $25 shipped, which is (unfortunately I overpaid) half what I paid for it.

Are you looking to use this for CCW? It is honestly not a great holster for that.

I'll get back with you soon on it Sam, do you have any pics of the actual holster?.

And no its not for CCW (at least not during the summer), i'm toying with the idea of open carrying once or twice and gauge the response, but I want to OC with a good retention holster. And during the winter it will be more comfortable OWB.

    No rumors. Documented facts.

Another quote from the same study:
The first incident, an Unintentional Discharge (UD), occurred on July 20, 2010, at FLETC-Glynco. This incident was the result of the shooters jacket becoming entangled in the holster during the process of re-holstering the pistol.
While the results of the study recommended restricted use, all findings were attributed to user error during extreme duress. Also, due to the fact I carry un-chambered, the chances of negligent discharge while drawing, are pretty slim.
