For Sale: Century Arms C308 in whole or in parts/ Monroe, Georgia

I bought this rifle new about 1-1/2 years ago. I've put approximately 500 rounds of at least six different brands of ammunition through it. I've had one, maybe two, FTF when using soft-point ammunition. Ever since I've owned the rifle it would sometimes be hard to cock. This issue was random and sporadic. It might charge easily eight times in a row, be difficult one time, and then easy again after that. Other times it might be hard three out of five attempts. And then recently the guide rod spring bushing has begun to bind or catch on the inside of the bolt carrier. Those two issues, along with a good deal on a PTR 91 GI Classic, have led me to sell the C308.

    I'm offering the individual parts:

Century Arms C308 upper w/ chrome moly 4140 barrel, fluted chamber for reliable cycling and extraction, 5/8x24 RH threaded 18" barrel for use with common muzzle accessories, and a Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny scope rail integrally mounted to the receiver; also includes a CETME bayonet lug - $200.00

Century Arms C308 (PTR US Made) Trigger Group [5 US Made Compliant Parts] with Bill Springfield trigger upgrade - $200.00

Century Arms C308 (surplus CETME) bolt assembly w/carrier - $100.00

    Century Arms C308 5-round magazine - $15.00

Surplus HK OD Green fixed stock [I replaced the HK nylon bushing with the CEMTE metal bushing] - $12.00

Century Arms C308 butt stock w/o butt pad [the guide rod is loose] - $5.00

Limbsaver slip-on recoil pad [I don’t remember the size; however, it fits easily on the butt stock w/o the butt pad] - $5.00

Used guide rod spring - $3.00

    Century Arms C308 buffer - $3.00

US Slim Line forearm (no internal heat shield) [I drilled out the faux vent openings] - $2.00

Century Arms C308 (CETME) recoil rod set pin - $1.00

Surplus HK OD Green butt pad - $1.00

Or, everything (including one 20-round magazine not shown) for $400.00
