    WTB Sig 229

    Hello,

I am looking to buy a Sig 229 with a rail in 9mm. Looking for good condition with low round count. I would prefer and elite or two tone.

Let me know what you have :)

    Regards,

I would be surprised...SIGs are hard to give up. Have you checked out GunBroker.com Online Gun Auction

You might check with this guy Firearms, Guns, Rifles. Grain Valley, Missouri.

he usually has good deals on Sig CPOs and police trade-ins (he's currently got non railed .40 229s for $465)

    Hello,

All ready checked with him says he has not been getting any CPO's in other than standard stuff not elites or stainless or anything. I may just have to move the the next gun on my list as I can not find one of these anywhere...

I was also looking at the SCT model but am unable to locate that as well...

Yep I wouldnt let my 229 go for anything less than 10% more than I paid for it new...ha. And then I'd buy another one. The 10% covers the sentimental value.

I bought a 229 in .40 when they very first came out. One of the first to buy one at my local shop.

    Still have it.
