Those show up on Gunbroker from time to time, but are pretty hard to come by. If there's none on there right now, look for an old auction and email the seller and ask him when he'll be getting more, that's what I did to get some for my fiance, he let me know when he got another shipment of them and sold them directly to me rather then through Gunbroker.
.40 is fine.
Hogue makes them for the J frame. Not sure about Taurus.
Call them at (800)GET-GRIP.

I just replaced the pink plastic grips on my wife's Taurus 85 (Came with these grips and that's why she bought it) with the Crimson trace pink grips. $15 plus shipping would make your wife very happy!
