WTT SA XD .45 Service: Central Texas
I would like to trade my Springfield Armory XD .45 Service for...something else. The gun has been flawless since day one. I've put about 500 rounds through it, without a single failure. It's just doesn't do it for me any more - the grip is just a little too big for me. The gun is a duo-tone with a satin finish stainless slide. I have the gun, original box, paperwork, XD Gear, and three thirteen round magazines. There are no marks or scratches on the slide or frame. The finish on the sides of the grip safety do have a little wear. The finish on the barrel also has some wear on it.
The lighting in my house is terrible, so I took these outside in full sun. I'll see if I can set up a soft box to get some better detail in the pictures.
Here are a few pictures:

Since used guns are involved, I prefer a face to face trade so we both can inspect the weapons before trade. I am in central TX (Waco) and am will to drive a few hours to trade. If someone outside of driving distance is really interested, we'll see if we can work out a shipping solution.
I'm not sure what I want to trade for though. While I do have a few guns in mind that I would trade for, I want to leave it open. I think there might be a gun out there that I don't know I want, you know? Any handgun must have a consistent trigger; either SAO, DAO, or Striker Fired. If it is a DA/SA, it should have a frame mounted safety so it can be carried cocked and locked.
So, do you have something in your safe that doesn't do it for you any more? If you've got something worth a bit more than my XD, I'd be willing to put some cash in the trade to even it up.
Here's what I already have now:
Springfield Armory XD 9mm Service
Smith & Wesson M&P .40S&W Full Size
Glock 36 (.45ACP subcompact)
Sig Sauer P220R Carry SAO
Walther SP22 M2
Armalite M15A4
Marlin 336A .30-30
Please reply here or PM me if you're interested.

Exodus i do have a gun that doesnt do it for me, i have a Kel Tec 380 if you are interested. Very small perfect for conceal carry. I too live in the Waco area so if you are interested it would really work out well.

Yankee - I'm not quite ready for a pocket pistol yet. - Where do you shoot at?

Yankee - Me too.
nsimps69 - Thanks for the offer, but I'm not a fan of Ruger.
Keep 'em coming folks! I've seen several things that certainly weren't in my mind. Hopefully we'll find a good match.

longtooth - that is a tempting offer. Is it a conventional DA/SA?

longtooth,
do you have an approximate round count?
How old are the night sights?
