I've tried just about every place that I could think of including the auction sites, ebay, Beretta Forum, etc. with absolutely no luck. I don't know the thread size but someone told me that the screws from a 92 will fit so I bought a set. They should be here in the next couple of days.

You really are having a tough time.
I went over to Numrich Arms Corp & they normally sell Beretta parts and they are Out Of Stock on Cheetah grip screws.

You would think that with all the .380 Cheetahs out there someone would have replacement grips screws.

I spoke with Hogue earlier today. Their grip screws only fit the full size pistols. They do not carry them for the Cheetah series.
