What happened to the old one?

If damaged in the line of duty, ASP may replace it under warranty.

    Monadnock (spelling?) did for me.

I did something stupid . I listened to my monadnock instructor and tried to block a table leg someone attacked me with and bent it. overhead strike with the table leg. we don't carry firearms. As far as the link to the baton site im trying to find a used one can't really shell out 80 bucks for a new one right now.

Don't know the difference between ASP and Schrade, I have only used ASP, but LaPolice Gear has the Schrade ones on clearance. This might get you by for now...

I'd call them, they have a lifetime factory warranty. If not, I've got a 21" electroless (barely used :) I'd sell $60 shipped.
