    DC Forum Members C-FL Lunch...

    Greetings Central Florida CC Forum Members...

    I have spoken to a few of you about getting together for lunch and putting a 'forum name' with a 'real face'.

    The meeting is set...we just need members to show up. This meeting place was determined by some members traveling 2-3 hours from the North...and some, 2-3 hours from the South...

    So here goes...
    We have planned to meet in Kissimme, FL at the Ponderosa SteakHouse located just a couple of miles west of Disney's main gate on Saturday, May 19th at 1 P.M.
    I've spoken with one of the managers and he will save us tables for 12-20 members (I'll let him know a closer figure by Friday).
    I'm assuming that anyone using this forum would also know how to use the search buttons to get a map program for exact details.

    Anyone who might attend, please post it here...or PM me so I can get a number close to how many seats we might need...
    Anyone who would like to exchange cell phone numbers to help 'lost travelers'...PM me.
    And yes, members from anywhere else are welcome if you choose to come for a simple lunch...

    ElCruiser...I have already met at a lunch in Ocala...interesting guy.
    Ron...Interesting background...and we're both retired from MI...looking forward to meeting him.
    The rest of you, young or old...try and make it.
    PeacefulJeffery...enjoy your posts (but you never tell us how you REALLY feel)...I'll buy your lunch if you can make it...

    Looking forward to a great lunch, a chance to meet fellow CC members from around the Gunshine State...hope we have a few laughs too...
    Maybe we could post a group picture on the forum and encourage other states to do the same...THEN...it's on to the U.S. forum meeting, then the World...Guess I'm getting a little carried away...let's just have a great lunch...

    Possible Car Pool Here Too...

    I'll be leaving from Gainesville and driving down I-75 through Ocala, to Innerness/Wildwood...then getting on the Turnpike...down to I-4...then a search for the place .
