Looking to buy a Colt 1911 XSE .45 in SS soon. I am from Warrensburg NY which is about a hour north od Albany and its exit 23 on I87(Northway). Anyone else from NY??

Originally from NY, lived in Orange and Rockland counties for nearly twenty years. Since then I've been all over, but I'm thinking of going back in about twenty or thirty years.

I am from Chemung county...actually just got my "ccw" permit this week...

Turns out w/restrictions it is nothing more than a permit to own a handgun -- (that cost $150 and requried bg check etc...)

I lived in Constableville(Tug Hill), and Forestport(Adirondacks) for the first 13yrs of my life. Then moved to Syracuse.

I just move to Florida in February.

If you can spell Poughkeepsie, you're from there. It used to be in the country. Guess again. Now I'm about as far north as you can get without rubbing noses.
