I've shot there before. Nice indoor range, but you have to use their ammo and if I remember right, they have some super strict rules. And it is expensive.
I go to Cecil Web. It is a managment area, outdoors, with a pistol, med rifle, long rifle and shotgun range. It is only a couple bucks, and it is pretty free as long as you stay safe. Just take go east off the Tucker's Grade exit (I think 158) on 75.
Gun control can be blamed in part for allowing 9/11 to happen.
