I'm from the far, far west part of NY. It is called New Jersey. I don't think there is much of a difference between the two.

I grew up just east of Syracuse, lived in Watertown for a couple of years, but now live in Texas. Much better weather and gun laws down here.
If I die from gunfire, it won't be from a lack of shooting back.
