Good Gun Shops around Kansas City MO?
Ok, being honest, by good I mean good prices on firearms. I have been in a few places but the prices were less than inspiring, to say the least. Do I have to wait for another gun show to find a decent price for a new handgun or does anyone know of any MO side gun stores that I should check out?

Great Guns in Liberty. There's a gun show this weekend, but the last couple times I've gone to gun shows the prices sucked. Unfortunately, it's a seller's market right now.

Thanks, I will check them out. I was at the gun show out by KCI last weekend but I wasn't aware there was another one this coming weekend.

The ones that come immediately to mind are:
The Bullet Hole
Olathe Gun Shop
and Cabela's.
Problem is that they're all in Kansas so if you're looking at handguns, you have to deal with an FFL transfer. I took my Utah CC class from the owner of Centerfire Central Gun Shop in Platte City. He doesn't have a huge inventory, but his prices looked very reasonable.

As far as the gunshops in Kansas, the FFL transfer fee may be offset by not having to pay Missouri sales tax. You might come out about the same.
Not sure how Kansas works, but I've bought from several other states and didn't have to pay tax.
