Hello from Washington
Hi Guys,
I've been lurking these message boards for the last month or so, so I figured it was about time I introduce myself.
I am 24 years old, and live just north of Seattle, WA (snohomish county, for those of you that know the area). I've always been interested in firearms as sort of a 'hobby', but only recently have I really gotten serious about the 'self defense' aspect of firearms ownership. I applied for my concealed carry license a little over two weeks ago (still nothin in the mail box... hopefully soon!! :redface: ) and bought a springfield XDM .40S&W for my carry weapon. Eventually I will probably get something a bit smaller, but for my first handgun purchase I wanted a full-size gun that would be fun at the range. I also own a stag arms AR-15, but that isn't exactly concealable.
Anyway, I look forward to reading and posting more, and cant wait to take my first "wally world walk" when my license gets here. I'm guessing it will be here this week!
