    Welcome from South Carolina...
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

    Welcome to the forum.

I was stationed in FGGM in '87 and living on base. Kids came into the house one day saying MPs had pulled over a car out front. Driver came out of the car with a knife and a 45. MPs took him down hard. Perp was carrying a trunk load of guns and was going to the high school on base to pass out guns at the football game.

That day I went to the gun shop on Rt 175 and bought a 9mm. I had to wait TEN (10) days to take my purchase home. The only ones the waiting period helped were the BGs.

If you have never broken your gun or bled on your gun in training, you're doing it wrong!
