Talking new wheelchair bound CCL, Euclid, OH

Just received my CCL. I got it because I'm wheelchair bound and don't feel as secure as before. I'm a diehard browns fan season ticket holder since 1967. Lots of misery but thats what makes us browns fans tough. Looking for ideas for the best way to carry in a wheelchair (Bersa CC). I'm thinking IWB on right hip. Any ideas ?

Depending on the season, you might be able to use a shoulder holster.

Try the Galco Classic Lite natural tan leather shoulder holster for $86.95. Here's the link: http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.as...3524&GunID=359.

Welcome from south Louisiana! Me and Jake Delhomme grew up together.
A CCW is like a parachute; if you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.

Welcome to the forum! Glad you found us!

I guess I'll be the third to recommend a shoulder holster. I think this would be your most effective means for deployment. Be it known, I'm not a fan of "off-body" carry for any reason. I realize that everyone adapts to their situation.

    Welcome to the boards!

(I'm a budding Redskins fan,...my wife has slowly gotten me into it more and more each season, used to never watch football.)

I tend to agree,...I usually support on the body carry, but every person/situation is different. I encourage you to check out Maxpeditions products, they might have some handy products for you. I think a bag from them or similar would be more functional than a fanny pack, and could hold a weapon.

I don't see how you could draw quickly/efficiently while carrying IWB? Doesn't seem like it'd be comfortable?

Shoulder carry could be another option? Neat thing about shoulder carry is it would automatically give you a spot to carry a speed loader/speed strip/mag or two.

Do you already have a carry weapon?
