    New Member PA

    Hello All,

    Just trying to learn more about the complexities of Conceal and Carry. For instance has anyone heard of of USCCA ? Hopefully its ok to get this question in. I want to know my 2nd Amen rights without having to figure them out with an Attorney$ They seemed like a 2nd Amen rights specific group.
