Newbie from Maine
Hello everyone newbie here from Northern Maine. I just took my handgun course and will be applying for my permit but am not a carrying citizen yet. Though I did buy my first gun about a month ago or so, I have a Taurus 24/7 .40, though I wish I had been thinking a little more before I bought it and bought something a little less chunky so I will be carrying once I save up for a somewhat smaller gun, right now Im considering a CZ 75 p-01. Glad to be here and recieve any and all advice, as well as some good discussions.

Welcome from Michigan. I too have a chunky gun that I really only carry in winter, a Glock 26. The rest of the time I carry a S@W snubbie or a Bodyguard 380. I really like a pocket gun and have to concede size and in some cases caliber. This works for me and you will find your niche soon. Enjoy the forum and use it to educate yourself and others.
