    New from Miami

    I have been lurkng around for a while and I really like this forum. I live in Miami and I am a native. I had a permit years ago and missed the renewal and had to go throught the application process again. Due to one reason or another I waited about 5 years to do it again. I decided to finally re-apply end of Feb, 8 business days later I received my new license. Much better than the 90 days it took last time.

    I have a Ruger P91 and a Walther PPK/S .380. I prefer the P91, I have had it about 15 years and put a few thousand rounds through it without a single jam. Although I do carry the Walther when dress dictates it. I am still trying to figure out how to dress to carry the P91 OWB.

    I look forward to learning a lot here!
