Welcome from South Carolina...
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

Welcome to the forum. You will find a very nice bunch of people here and lots of useful information. It is very rare that some one goes 'flame on' and everyone is usually quite reasonable. It's a nice place to hang out and get good info.

and look at the posts in the PM series of pistols before you buy. Try one out to see how you like it. There is a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth about the PM9 and it's nose dive feed problems, sticky mags, etc., etc. I own one and have only been able to put about 200 rounds thru it so far (I'm in a state where I can't even think aobut a pistol for a few months) so the jury is still out on my purchase. But, you should be fully informed before you plunk down $600 bucks. At least consider a Glock 26 as an alternative - they keep on ticking...
