I carry a S&W M&P 9 compact... and I usually wear cargo shorts with an extra inch in the waist. A good sturdy belt and a polo over top & no one is the wiser. I've had friends who knew I was carrying who couldn't find the gun. I'm not a big guy, about 5' 10" & 180lbs, and I can still hide that thing. For the occasional occasion when I cannot carry the M&P (business casual), I carry my BUG - a Ruger LCP .380 in a cheap DeSantis pocket holster. Works great in a front or rear pocket or a suit jacket for that matter.
