Today I have been looking into the Castle Doctrine (18.2-91.1)/ HB 854 here in Virginia an can't find where it was signed into Law.I have had people ask what I know about it the law but I don't comment on new laws but try to direct them to places they can information for them self. Has been signed or not. Where can I tell them to look.

The Castle Doctrine Bill did not pass. Hopefully next legislative term we can get it pushed through.
