Hello everyone, from Wild and Wonderful, West Virginia!
Hello everyone!
Just joined the forums and am looking forward to good discussion, and reading up on all the knowledge that is contained here.
I first became interested in concealed carry when I was working as a pizza delivery driver several years ago. I wasn't too familiar with firearms though, and have learned some things since I first got interested in CC. I had been saving to purchase a handgun, when I came across a deal that (at the time) I felt I couldn't pass up. I found a semi-auto for only $155!! So, I purchase my first handgun, a Hi-Point C-9. Yeah, yeah, I know now... Bad choice.
Well, since that 1st purchase almost 4 years ago, I've done more research and have become more knowledgeable about firearms in general. As of Tuesday, I'm the proud owner of a new Ruger SR9c. I'm expecting oh so much more than what I got with the Hi-Point, but that shouldn't be too hard to accomplish.
Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but I can hardly wait. I'm also waiting on delivery of 2 new holsters to try out for concealed carry IWB.

Looking forward to carrying soon!

Greetings. Whereabouts in WV? As for the forum, it is awesomely educational. There is a lot to be learned by reading as many of the defensive scenarios as you can. Sometimes the poster is right, sometimes wrong, sometimes it is a matter of opinion, but either way the discussions that follow are pure gold in terms of thought-provoking ideas and—from some members—hard-won experience.
P.S. I love my Max Tuck.
