    Brand new member

    I've been following the applications for conceal carry permits and I thought I'd get in on the conversation.
    I just completed the Utah conceal carry class on Jan 22 and sent in my application for a Wisconsin permit on the 23rd.
    I bought a Smith&Wesson 3913 16 years ago. It's just been sitting. Now I'm considering carrying it. Anybody out there carry one?
