    Newbie from Israel

I live in Israel and am a retired Amy officer. Today I work at the Ministry of Health as a Health Inspector ( Civil Servant ) .
I own a CZ 75 p07 as my ccw. This is my third owned handgun , before tha I was a pr Oud owner of a S&W 6926 and before that I owned a Star M28. I own guns since 1989.
I believe in the right to carry arms, though it is not a civil right in this country. I own the privilege of my license to my being a retired army officer and a " normal " citizen can't own a licens for a gun ( my son who was able to command as a first sergeant over twenty food soldiers and was a sniper and even today while doing his reserve duties has an automatic rifle that he takes home while being in the service ,can't by law own a handgun - the parliament wanting to restrict firearms to control and getting down the numbers of spouses killed by crazy husbands. It doesn't work since they don't own a handgun they knife them or use other methods - so in my mind this policy is crazy especially in our country were the possibility of Terroracts is high ).
    Love everything associated with guns!

Freedom doesn't come free. It is bought and paid for by the lives and blood of our men and women in uniform.

    Welcome from South Carolina, USA...
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
