    Hi everyone

    I was on here a little a few years back, and now I'm back.

    Right now my family is in transient to the La Grande, OR area. For the most part I am a stay at home mom of two boys and one girl who keep me very busy

    Another Noob from OK

    Hi, I'm Paul in Oklahoma, and a newbie to this site.
    I love what I've seen. 'been around guns most of my 72 years, including shooting with the all-USAF bigbore rifle team in the late fifties, using the wonderful M-1 Garand, one of which I have as the centerpiece of my rifle collection.
    Did a double-hitch + (11 yrs) in USAF, the retired mandatorilly due to medical reasons, and finished my career with the USVA as director of radilogy at a large VA medical center.
    Got three kids, all well-grown, and a great wife of nearly fifty years (married), all told 55 years since I first met her back in Illinois, my home state, that STILL does not allow CCW folks to even travel through without un-gunning and packing it in trunk of car.
    Mostly pistol shooting these days, though I'm seriously interested in a good AR-15 for varmints, targets, and whatever small (or medium) game the 223 is allowed on. I've had serious feeding problems with a Kahr CW45 that I bought six months back. Gets worse as I fire it, and that won't cut it, since I love the little dandy and want it strictly for CC. Anybody directme to proper forum?
