I hope you're able to solve your grip problem. All I can suggest is to practice a lot & hopefully you can solve your problem with the existing grips. When Milwaukee PD switched from Glock to M&P some POs had problems but were fitted with the grip that worked the best. You don't have that option unless you want to buy a pair of each type.
